Policy
At Longevity Care Clinic we strive to provide exceptional care to our clients. We aim to provide care in ways that best meet your needs and schedules. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by calling the clinic directly or using the online booking system. Cancelled or missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.

Cancelled or missed Individual IV Therapy Sessions with less than 72 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment fee, as the IV bags are prepared 72 hours in advance.
Late Client
Policy
At Longevity Care Clinic our goal is to make every client visit efficient, enjoyable, and stress-free. Late clients impact the quality of care by reducing the time available with the health care provider. If you are late, we will make every effort to see you for the remainder of the scheduled time. The full fee will be charged for this appointment.
