The services offered at Longevity Care Clinic are not intended to replace the vital care you receive from your primary health care provider, but rather to supplement this care. Therefore, we do not offer patient attachment.
Males and Children
It is important to note that the Nurse Practitioner at Longevity Care Clinic is only accepting appointments for Women 19 years of age and older, with the exception of youth for birth control counseling and IV/IM Vitamin Therapy. Therefore, no appointments are being offered to men or children at this time.
Narcotics
No narcotic prescriptions will be given at Longevity Care Clinic. This type of medication is better followed by one provider, being your primary health care provider or pain clinic specialist.
Urgent or
Emergent Care
Urgent or emergent care is not offered at Longevity Care Clinic. Please go to the local emergency department or call 911.
