Initial In-Person Appointment
Client’s who are interested in hormone therapy, must first complete a preliminary phone consultation with the Nurse Practitioner. During this consultation, our Nurse Practitioner will gather your health history and discuss the symptoms you are experiencing. Based on this assessment, she will provide you with a requisition form to have blood work completed.
After your preliminary consultation, you can go for blood work at the lab of your choosing. Depending on the tests ordered, you may have to go to the lab at a particular time, on a certain day within your menstrual cycle.
After you have completed this blood work, you can call the clinic to book your initial in-person appointment. During this appointment we will review your blood work and develop a management plan tailored specifically for you, that supports wellness and longevity.

Three months after starting the management plan you will need to go for another round of blood work. After this blood work is complete, you will need to call the clinic to book a follow-up appointment with the Nurse Practitioner. At this appointment the Nurse Practitioner will optimize or modify the management plan as needed.
Depending on the management plan in place, the Nurse Practitioner will provide guidance as to when more blood work and follow-up is required.
